Our Quarter Beef orders are cut to a standard cut order. You will not receive a phone call from the butcher unless you request to speak with him directly but we will let you know when your order is ready and set up a time for delivery!

What Comes in a Quarter Beef?

At Paradise Beef we sell mixed quarters which means that rather than getting the front half or back half of the cow, you will get a mix of all cuts.  Because of this we cannot offer customized cuts on quarter orders.  You will receive a standard cut and wrap package which will include the cuts listed below.

The amounts listed below are approximate and will vary based on the size of your animal and the processing options you choose:

Roasts (3-4 lbs each)
​ ​Pot Roast: 1-2 packages
​ ​Chuck Roast: 2-3 packages
​ ​Sirloin Tip Roast: 1 packages
​​Rump Roast: 1-2 packages

Steaks (1" thick, 2 per package)
​​T-bone:  4 steaks
​​Ribeye: 4 steaks​​
​​Sirloin: 3-4 steaks

Ground Beef (approximately 1lb packages)
​About 40 lbs of ground beef

A quarter order does not include specialty cuts such as brisket, tri tip or prime rib.

Any and all cuts can be made into ground beef. Beef patties are available for an additional charge.

How does this work?

Choose Your Beef

Choose your beef size and finish. Your 10% deposit puts your order onto our list for the next butcher date. Our animals go to butcher the first Thursday of each month

Customize Your Cuts

Note:  Our 1/4 beef options come with a standard cut (listed above) so you typically will not receive a phone call from the butcher before processing.  If you would like to speak with the butcher before your order is processed, please shoot us a message.

Pay Remaining Balance

After your order has been processed we will contact you to schedule a delivery. The remaining balance will be due at this time.

Third Feature

Clear out the freezer! Your meat is on the way! Delivery day usually lands on the last or first Saturday of the month.
